  • Follow up with legal process with attorney for prepping.
  • Follow up with attorneys on obtaining court dates.
  • Sending affidavits to clients, follow up on returning them, and forwarding back to attorneys.
  • Follow up on consent orders and upload them onto system.
  • Advise clients and creditors of court dates, and of consent orders obtained.
  • Follow up on missing documents that attorneys require.
  • Dealing with correspondents between attorneys, clients and franchisees.
  • Update the system with all actions taken.
  • Attend to all incoming calls.
  • Update client info on system.
  • Keep within service level agreements (time-frames).
  • Queries incoming from clients and creditors.
